对英镑痛下杀手，美元无毒不丈夫（2）

德国发动两次世界大战都难以撼动的强大的英镑霸权，却被美国只用了亿美元贷款的蝇头小利就轻易摧毁了。

人们不禁要问，如果美国对英国这个曾经在一个战壕里滚过的同盟国，而且还是同文同种的兄弟，为了权力都能如此痛下杀手，其他国家还能够存有任何幻想吗？

斯大林20世纪30年代赶超西方工业强国的10年计划，恰如中国50年代苏联援建的156个重点工业项目，如果没有大规模的技术扩散，以及由农村提供的原始积累，将不可能获得成功。而在当时能够提供西方技术扩散的国家，只有一战中战败的德国。实际上，苏联正是在德国军方的支持和资助下，才得以学习和借鉴了现代先进的工业技术。
